Vision Statement

Our aim is to:

o To provide high quality, safe, professional general practice services to our patients.

o To provide excellent customer service, by ensuring we respond to patients in an open, caring, non-judgemental and timely manner and to ensure regular communication with staff and patients on surgery performance

o To take care of our staff, offering them support to do their jobs and to protect them by adhering to the NHS Zero tolerance on all forms of abuse.

o We aim to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients through providing a high quality, safe and professional service to our patients with all staff being approachable, respectful and patient-centred.

o To be a learning practice that continues to improve what we are able to offer our patients. This includes using technology smartly to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our work and regularly communicating with staff and patients on our performance via surveys and audits.

o We will continue to invest in our staff, developing our skills and knowledge base to ensure we have a highly skilled, resilient and adaptable team to meet the needs of our patients.

o We aim to support the development of our understanding of diseases and treatments through proactive engagement with research projects

o We aim to continue working with community links to broaden the options for our patients.

o We aim to be an excellent team for the training of Medical Students, GP Registrars and Student Nurses/Midwives.
