GP appointments are available at our Extended Hours Hub over the holidays as follows (telephone reception to book):
Saturday 24th August, 8am to 4pm at Hyde Park Surgery. Please call 0113 2001090 to make an appointment.
Sunday 25th August and Monday 26th August, 8am to 12 noon at Burley Park Medical Centre. Please call 0113 2953850 to make an appointment.
