For any given day that a particular Dr works the appointment slots for their clinic are released in batches.
How it works
Some batches of appointments are given 4 weeks in advance, some 2 days in advance and a small number of on the day appointments.

This can be thought of as a structured email, it might be worth checking to see if your problem can be managed via this simple method. We do not currently use this facility, but we hope to introduce it soon.
Phone
It’s possible your issue can be sorted over the phone- you can request a call from a doctor for minor issues, however the doctor may wish to see you in person if they have concerns.
