Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionsOur repeat prescription system is fully computerised. You may obtain further prescriptions by handing in or posting your  request slip to the to the surgery. You may also order online

To use any of our online services you will first need to obtain a registration number and password from the practice. To do this you will need to attend the surgery in person with photographic ID and ask the reception staff to register you for online access. We will accept a Passport or UK photographic drivers licence or we will accept other forms of photographic ID if accompanied by two recent named utility bills or council tax statements. If you have any queries please contact the surgery.

If you require your prescription to be returned to you by post, you should supply the Practice with a stamped addressed envelope. In addition you can fax your prescription request to the Practice on 0113 2953864.

Please allow 48 hours before collection.

Should you wish your prescription/medicines to be delivered by a chemist please arrange this directly with the pharmacist of your choice.
