Appointments
The practice operates an advanced access system. All Consultations are by appointment. The practice offers both on the day and pre-bookable appointments up to two weeks in advance. We aim to see patients within 48 hours of a request. For same day appointments please ring as soon as possible after our opening time of 8am. All other appointments can be booked anytime during normal opening hours, in person, by telephone or online. We have four telephone lines available from 8am.
You have a right to express a preference to receive services from a particular doctor or nurse and we will try to accommodate any reasonable requests. Please note that if we are unable to accommodate your particular need we will provide you with the reasons why. If, during busy periods, all of our appointments have been allocated and you consider your need to be urgent, we will arrange for you to be seen urgently but this may involve a wait.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please inform reception as soon as possible in order that this may be offered to other patients
Online Appointment Booking
To use any of our online services you will first need to obtain a registration number and password from the practice. To do this you will need to attend the surgery in person with photographic ID and ask the reception staff to register you for online access. We will accept a Passport or UK photographic drivers licence or we will accept other forms of photographic ID if accompanied by two recent named utility bills or council tax statements.
